Dinner tonight was excellent. I went to the Flying fish, as I said I would. They had a special, 25 for $25. Pick an app, an entrée and a dessert for $25. I had the Butternut squash soup with crabmeat and lemon créme fraîche; Spicy seafood hotpot with scallops, mussels, clams, shrimp and green curry; and Coconut Flan with candied Kumguats and caramel. I also had a couple of Glenfiddich 12 years, a Pale ale and an espresso. It was a lovely Bon Voyage dinner.

We have made some major progress in painting the house. I took yesterday off and we got the family room painted. I will be staying up here the rest of the week and painting after work.
